NEGA studio is founded by me, Amsterdam based photographer Carolina Sosa Abó. NEGA was born quite organically. As many other photographers I found that collecting and testing and fixing cameras is something that brings me a lot of joy, nothing better than seeing a first time developed roll coming out of a new camera. My hoarding did get a bit out of control. So together with my partner, Mauricio, we decided to formalise it and share our passion with others. Extending it to all necessary accessories like my favourite film stocks and batteries (coming soon!).
I’m a personal fan of cameras that are modern in feel and easy to use, and I'm drawn to underrated gear that quietly delivers incredible results. My first camera, which I still use professionally today, was a Canon EOS 3000. Incredibly light, functional, and versatile, it's a true 35mm workhorse for under €100. That’s the kind of gear I love: powerful, accessible, and often overlooked. That’s why I’m passionate about making NEGA a one stop shop for those looking for hidden gems.

What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. Additionally we also offer 2 month warranty for any issues that may arise with our cameras, in which case you can contact us at orders@studionega.com and you will receive return instructions and a full refund.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Average delivery time within Europe is 2-5 business days.
Where are you based?
We are based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. We source our cameras worldwide and at our studio we ensure to test, maintain and repair all gear.
